We are committed to creating a safe, fun, family-friendly environment. Subculture showcase appeals to a diverse crowd and we want all attendees to have a safe and fun time. No one should feel unsafe or belittled. Any demonstrations or events that deal with potentially sensitive subject matter are clearly described to insure only those interested attend. Our anti-harassment policy provides basic guidelines for convention behavior that insure a good time is had by all. These guidelines can be summarized into a simple request: please respect the feelings and boundaries of others. Celebrate your common interests instead of being divisive.

Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• to voice your opinion in a productive way,

• to have boundaries for your person and property that should be respected by others, and

• to be free from physical, verbal, or sexual harassment.

• ​Keep your hands and eyes to yourself. please do not touch or gawk at other attendees without their permission.

These rights apply to everyone at the convention, from staff to attendee.

What To Do If You Are Harassed

Report the incident to the closest convention staff member as soon as possible for investigation and action. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please ask to speak to the convention coordinator, Missy Jordan, at the email Support@the-reliquary-shop.com. Note that we have personnel on hand to address safety concerns and can call local law enforcement for criminal investigations.

Penalties for Harassment

Harassment is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We can take any action we deem necessary to stop the harassment. This resolution may range from a simple warning to removal from the convention without reimbursement. Extreme cases may also include criminal charges with local law enforcement.

We respect those who do not wish to have their photo taken at a sex-oriented event. If you do not want your photo taken: 

• Red wristbands will be available at the ticket counter to wear around your arm or as a please on your person. This will alert people with cameras to avoid taking your picture, even in the background. 

• The Photo Policy will be prominently displayed at the ticket counter.

• There is no guarantee that your photo won't be taken! please use discretion when dressing accordingly for this event.

If you are planning to bring/use a camera

• Please look for the red "no photo" wristbands. Be  careful not to include anyone wearing these in any of your photos, even in the background. Whenever possible, be sure to ask permission before taking photos outside of the photobooth area.

• All performers will be expected to allow their photo to be taken. 

Dress Code

• We encourage full freedom of expression at the event. comes as you are, or go All out. gothic attire, Cosplay, and fetishwear is highly encouraged.

• if you choose to come in fetish attire please respect the public and stay within the event building unless covered. there are two bathrooms available to change from plain clothes to attire if needed.

• nipples and genitals MUST be covered at this event, but all leather, latex, cuffs, collars and other accessories are permitted.
